Kemi seems to have caused an international incident from her position of LOTO. The Vice President of Nigeria has got fed up with her attacking the country to further her ambitions. He contrasts the situation with Sunak who was nice about India. I'm wondering how Kemi's antics are going down with Britons of Nigerian descent. Sunak successfully consolidated a trend of British Hindus moving towards the Tories. Jury is still out on the Kemi Effect.

I see what this French economic liberal is getting at but the Tories plough their way through some hopeless old Etonians before desperately trying meritocracy.

Blimey, if this isn't gaffe-prone...
... a spokesperson for Badenoch said:
Kemi is not interested in doing Nigeria’s PR, she is the leader of the opposition in the UK.
Rather than the usual "taken out of context" nonsense, they are doubling down. These people are insane.

I’d also suggest “competence and results” is an extraordinarily generous take on “failed multiple times, and the favourite ballsed up his attempt to lend support to a weaker rival so she got in by accident and so far has been woeful”

Sounds like she fucked up PMQs again with a rash attack on the former DPP of being consistently on the side of criminals.

Perceptive former Labour strategist here on Kemi.
In cricket terms, she's a tail end slogger who, facing a wily spinner, charges down the pitch and get stumped. To extend the metaphor, she doesn't understand that batsman are allowed to leave the ball if they want.

Is that genuine? If so that’s the shittest pack of lies/bluster I’ve ever heard.
* She tried to appeal to the grind bros by saying she doesn’t eat lunch
* She accidentally lets slip she probably counts going out for a nice steak as ‘working’
* Tries to cover by saying something aligned with those odd types who think packed lunches are feminine
* Doesn’t seem to know what ‘breakfast’ is
* Demonstrates she can’t do something as simple as make a decent sandwich

I suspect it's on the back of the Mail's laughable piece a few weeks ago where they came up with an inventive way of kicking young people over their apparent preference for 'woke' sandwich fillings. That, and the fact that she's a nutter

That looks like a wind up. “Lunch is for wimps” was a Delboy as Yuppie phrase.

Gordon Gekko in Wall Street before that.

The last government had no shortage of wankers who were all too happy to parade their feigned utter ignorance as some sort of virtue. Michael Gove was particularly good at it - "What, me? No, total dunderhead about that, wouldn't have a clue! Now, if you were to ask me about [pet issue], then yes....".

You could keep her amused for weeks by fitting a phone box with a mirror and a pair of boxing gloves.

Kemi's also tried to leverage Love Actually in to an attack on Starmer. She says the film is "dark in places". It's not exactly Nil By Mouth.

It's a fucking awful combination of male gaze and adolescent boyish wank fantasies. Not quite A Serbian Film.

I quite liked some of the stories in it. I suppose Kemi will have started on Bill Nighy and Martine McCutcheon by about teatime.

If we get a functioning Syria government, this tough talk might not age very well.
"Did you notice the sign in front of my house that says "undesirable Britons settlement"? It ain't there, because settling undesirable Britons ain't my fucking business.
