i'm assuming that was in the USofA:
SEMBO had COVID. I got it about a week and half later.

This was in late Nov 2019, when the docs didn't know what it was. They took a throat culture and we were told to go home, isolate, drink lots of fluids, get some rest, and come back if it didn't go away in a couple of days. Standard flu stuff. We were both fevered, tired/achy, and congested for two days, then no lasting effects.

We found out it was COVID a month later after they retested her sample and confirmed with an antibody test on both of us.
Got it in November (when it hadn't even been notified), antibody test done in December (weeks before any reported cases outside China). I'm certainly convinced.

Mrs A and I are pretty convinced we were infected in January/February 2020, after contact with a shopful of Chinese tourists. Symptoms matched, and long term effects.

There is evidence from France, in sewage samples, of infection in the autumn of 2019, and some retro-diagnosed cases in the UK.

I suppose the jury is out because so many of the Covidiots wouldn't know the truth if it smacked them in the chops, but it is plausible.

Andy Gill of the "Gang of Four" was touring in China as early as November, and Corona is suspected to have done for him, too.

On a side note. Did the Chinese promoter know which Gang of Four he was booking for those shows?

A US doctor is urging people to stop taking the horse deworming drug Ivermectin to treat Covid-19.

Patients have been needing urgent treatment at emergency units in Oklahoma hospitals after overdosing on the drug, Dr Jason McElyea says.

Small doses of Ivermectin are approved for use on humans, but not for Covid.

"You've got to have a prescription for this medication for a reason - because it can be dangerous," Dr McElyea told the BBC.

He said a "handful" of people overdosing on the drug were putting further strain on hospital staff already stretched by a surge in Covid cases.

"The [emergency rooms] are so backed up that gunshot victims were having hard times getting to facilities where they can get definitive care and be treated," he told local broadcaster KFOR earlier this week.

Thing is - and if they needed any helping - you will now get people equating him to his useless fucking brother and thus painting Labour as the party of dangerous nutters.

He also cancelled multiple gigs for the neuropathy he claims the vaccine gave him as far back as the 2000s.

Sounds a bit like that time Dave Mustaine slept on his hand in an airport and used the resultant "nerve damage" as a reason to sack everyone else in the band and start again in six months.

If those whom call people that wear face masks where needed or appropriate "sheeple" could stop taking livestock medication, that would be great.

So, our local COVID-denying hippies all went to some kind of pretend 'shamanic' gathering over in England and came back with COVID.
Now they're all whining about how they feel like they're dying and they're having to be looked after by neighbours. Not only that, but despite assuring us for months that 'the real virus' was the mass media, they're now asking for Netflix box set recommendations suitable for curling up with on the sofa.
Never, ever, trust a hippy.
Twats.

Edited to add: It should come as no surprise to anyone how easy it is for hippies to find common cause with the far right.

One member of staff said they felt "bullied" by the trust's decision.

Speaking to the BBC anonymously, she said: "I made my mind up that I'm not quite ready yet to have it [the vaccine] and it's my own risk, isn't it?"
No, dear. It *isn't* just your own risk. You're putting everyone you come into contact with at unnecessary risk.

While I applaud the move to put the fucknuggets out of harm's way, I hope the NHS Trust has enough suitably qualified vaccinated staff to re-deploy to these front-line jobs.

It beggars belief that someone in the health service, who, we assume has seen the affect of COVID first hand, let alone grieving families, should say “their not ready for the vaccine”

Doesn't always work like that. As far as I am aware, hospitals were rapidly segregated to keep Covid cases away from everyone else with the absolute minimum of contact between the two - so some staff may never have had to deal with Covid patients first-hand.

My brother in law has, via scanning patients but as far as I know, my sister never has.

The Boiler is correct.

Cities with 2 major hospitals rapidly assigned one as the Covid hospital and the other the Usual Business hospital.
Places without that level of cover split their major locations into red and green sections and sealed movement between.
