Many make reference to "it's in the past and there's no evidence", but more worryingly are those accusing people of being snitches. One utter cunt in the replies even had the gall to say that Jo Cox was a "false flag" to get people to vote Remain.

That last tweet in Boiler's post above. I have just had a quick trawl through the open sewer that is Twitter these days and can find exactly nobody calling for Jeremy to apologise for his brother's words. Quite a few think it would be a good idea for Jeremy to condemn such language and put it bit of distance between himself and Piers, but nobody calling for him to apologise. The "Blame Jeremy and make him apologise" nonsense seems to have come from the Corbynites, as usual twisting things to make it look like Jeremy is the victim, with the added bonus of making the story all about him.
