I assume people here seen the fences up in streets in Switzerland and the high fences in supermarkets in Germany separating the vaxed and unvaccinated? They also came on trains checking papers.
Whilst apparently these are concentration camps according to the same poster: https://amp.abc.net.au/article/100644212
In Switzerland certainly that is a pack of lies. If you're caught on the SBB without a mask and can't prove an exemption it's going to cost you a few francs but nothing like this idiot's meth fuelled hallucinations

Germany; the supermarket thing is bollocks. In fact, the supermarket is one of the few places you can get in to if you're part of the murderously awkward squad.

Transport is all 3G, meaning, as of this week, you at least need to be able to present a negative test result. Massive fines are possible, at least in theory.

Did anybody have Sue Cook down on their Coronavirus Fucknuggets bingo card? Her entire Twitter feed is chock-full of utter nonsense, including the likes of Neil Oliver, Maajid Nawaz and Claire Fox being approvingly retweeted.

Imagine going back to the mid nineties and trying to explain that, in the middle of a deadly global pandemic which has claimed millions of lives, Matt LeTissier, Right Said Fred and Sue Cook were the public faces of a large, extremely vocal and increasingly unhinged anti-science/anti-vaxx movement in this country :?

There is no need to call off Christmas parties despite the emergence of the Omicron variant, the health secretary has said, as he urged people to get a booster jab to fight Covid.

Sajid Javid said people should be "sensible" and take precautions such as taking a lateral flow test or wearing a face mask when celebrating this winter.

He also urged people to "step up" and get their booster vaccine when called.

The government aims to offer all adults in England a top-up shot by 31 January...

I can see a lot of people not bothering with a LFT before going off to their Christmas parties. And wearing masks while out celebrating? Like *that's* gonna happen.

Isn't 130,000 a big enough number?

Covid: Omicron may require 'very stringent response', say Sage scientists.

Javid: "No need to cancel Christmas party plans".

Herd immunity, and if it gets rid of a load of useless eaters in the process that'll help fund the tax cuts just before the next GE. Or am I being much too cynical?

Well, the comments below are only to be expected. The article is about when Ursula von der Leyen was asked if she thinks mandatory vaccination is necessary in Europe.

And from the unmoderated comments, in response to "what's next?"

A man who put superglue on the lock of a Covid-19 vaccination centre, preventing 504 people from getting jabs, has been jailed for 12 weeks.
He'd carried out his own research online, and decided the lizard people weren't going to get away with it yet again.

And I'll bet it doesn't rhyme with Berkeley Hunt either.

Is this why we can't have nice things? And why can't the author of that BranesPeke do other things in the 30 minutes his LFT is doing its thing? (Something other contributors have remarked upon)
