One of the major principles of France is that France is France. Doesn't matter if you're in downtown Paris, halfway up an Alp, counting penguins on Kerguelen or in the jungles of French Guiana, you're in France.

Compare to us, who accidentally on purpose rendered Falklanders effectively stateless in 1981 because the Tories were shitting themselves over Hong Kong boat people.

Seen a good few today claiming that Johnson's not really one of them because he's a woke soy boy cuck doing green crap for Carrie.

My husband (software tester) works for a branch of his current employer that's based primarily in Guernsey (you can draw your own conclusions about their tax affairs).

He's watching things carefully at the moment, since the threats to the electricity supply could definitely make things complicated.
