I'm sorry guys, but I can't approach this with any kind of humour.

When Boiler arrived here he made no secret of his depression and 'issues'. Like others I was sympathetic, and I engaged with him off-forum to offer support, and even virtual hugs from my grand-daughter. I was sympathetic.

Then a different character began to emerge, the one that called the place that I lived in a 'foetid shithole' - which it certainly isn't. I objected snd got called a snowflake, and he carried on with the pub bore insults.

So I blocked him. Then today he made more pub bore statements showing he had no idea what he was on about, and I responded. More insults came down the pipe.

This is not like dealing with a troll. This is someone I had great sympathy with, and tried to be nice to, and who deprecated and insulted me in return.

That's why I'm not amused.

Unbelievably Dorries didn't give up after that bollocks about Channel 4. Of course, nobody is allowed to reply to this.

I don't think this is what she meant to say. I think she just assumed public sector meant government gave it money.

Is the government even responsible for CH4's hypothetical debt? Bet Nadine even had to have help to think up this flimsy caveat.

Yeah, somebody from CCHQ has tried to help her there. Given that we don't hear how much this debt is, I assume it isn't very much.

Or it doesn't actually exist.

Believe it or not, Tories have been known to lie on the odd occasion.

Net assets £452m.

Sounds safe enough.

It's like something off Thought for the Day. "...but isn't it, in a very real sense, ALL taxpayer's money?"

That bit may be Nad's own work, added to the Spad's "you could say that the Government stands behinds the borrowing".

Unfortunately, it's been edited back since yesterday.

She's now saying that she 'doesn't believe' that Caroline Nokes was sexually assaulted by Stanley Johnson, based solely on her branes. But she doesn't want women to stop reporting sexual assault, just not assault by Tories...

She's learned a new word, Mansplaining. Apparently anyone criticising her is going to be guilty of it.

Can women mansplain too? We know from one of her senior colleagues that women can be misogynistic towards men.

The Conservative Party has achieved true equality. They're all equally as thick as each other.

I think she's just a cuntrarian...but not a very good one.

She's not the first incompetent to attempt that defence.

Nadine Dorries could well be the stupidest, and I do mean stupidest, in extremis, individual ever to ascend to the rank of cabinet minister- EVER.

But wait. There's Liz Truss. There's Priti Patel. There's Grant Shapps. And Nadhim Zahawi.

And - god help us - there was Gavin Williamson. And Matt Hancock.

I think it's between Dorries and Williamson. But she's ahead following recent statements and her appearance in front of the select committee.

Patel is the only rival for Dorries I can think of. Perhaps IDS though he at least can do basic sums about clawback.

I don't think Patel is very bright, but she's not as dim as Dorries - and Dorries, for all her spite is nowhere near as twisted and vicious as Patel, with her supremacist world view and authoritarian obsessions.

Nah Williamson was incredibly thick as is Dorries.

Thing with Patel is I think is quite aware of what she is doing,
