Mailwatch(ed) Forum

This forum software is a complex and unruly bit of kit. It doesn't really lend itself to rapid deployment but, in the interests of bringing our group back on-line in the shortest possible time, that's is exactly what we have done.

It is bound to be buggy and prone to throwing all sort of errors. Please feel free to point these out but let's try to stick to any fundamental problems for the time being. Gripes and grumbles can be addressed once we resolve the main issues.

NEW REGISTRATIONS

Once you have re-registered on Mailwatch, we will approve you as soon as possible. Sending confirmations by email is proving tricky (see? tellt ye it's buggy AF), but if you come back and can login, you're approved.

One thing I would like to say is a big "thank you" to all those who have been steadfastly trying to rebuild Mailwatch from scratch; it cannot have been an easy task.

What I found was as soon as I clicked in the text box, it generated that error page: clicking on "Reload page" then returned me to the "post a reply" page: I could then enter text in it, click "submit", got whirly balls... and there it stopped.

EDIT: Aha! Now threads can be started... (admins, it's trivial so it can be binned)

Please could we increase the permissible avatar size? 90x90 is pretty impossible.
