And the Tories have selected Susan Hall, last seen welcoming Dan Wootton back to GB News. Previously seen supporting Bozo. Trump and Liz Truss's budget.

The Conservative’s London mayoral candidate, a culture war blabbermouth with about as much chance of winning as a puddle of sick.

This is she:

Already being boosted by the London Evening Standard, but I'm not sure this pic will woo many younger voters...

At least she can't be accused of going for style over substance.

Was she being tasered when this photo was taken?

Someone in her team signed off on publishing that. You have to wonder what the rejected images were like...

Thanks, Admin.

Much better than being buried on the other thread.

Got a funny feeling "taken out of context" is going to get a good work out Susan Hall in her campaign.

I'm no fan of newspapers using photos of politicians looking bad, but this is a bit rich given that the Standard backed the Tories in the last 4 mayoral elections, and employed Andrew Gilligan in at least one (who then took a job with Bozo).

I'm not really buying that it was the photographer that made her look like a biscuit-barrel barmy, hateful, old witch.

I’ve written to the editor expressing my concerns - whiff of #misogyny?

Susan’s got that covered

Conspiracy theory: Pick a car crash candidate whose result is so bad it sends a signal to the rest of the country how out of touch the metropolitan elite are compared to the rest of the country.
The only other explanation is that there’s only a rump of halfwits left in the London Conservative Party.

Daniel Korski was supposed to win. When they dropped out, they were left with Hall and a barrister with no political experience. I've no idea why Paul Scully, MP and Minister, didn't make the shortlist.
