This is "fan gone mad in the boardroom" stuff. Except with a TV station not a football club. And anyway, most football fans wouldn't run their teams like this.

Fargle has done the same.

Either they have no shame, or their audience is so thick it doesn't notice.

Or both.

There has been some great trolling of Wootton on Twitter. Somebody reversed his video so it made it look like he was actually stealing the flowers. Apparently he has spent much of the day blocking people on Twitter.

Going to funny watching Grimes deal with the reality of finding an actual job in these times. Worthless spoofer that he is.

Are easyJet recruiting for trolly-dollies? That snippy little (drama) queen would be just the ticket. Open ended, of course.

I reckon he'll be back soon enough.

He's a good fit for GB News, in that he has a distinctive brand, and probably doesn't cost all that much. Doubtless Alistair Stewart and Eamonn Holmes get well paid, but the budget doesn't allow for too many of them. If they sack Grimes, they've got to build somebody else up, which they probably can't be bothered to do.

I should image he also brings the age demographic of the presenters down a bit
