Pleased Dawn’s stunt struck a chord but don’t dine out on it for too long. Don’t want to turn into the David Walliams character recycling his Molly Sugden anecdotes.
Meanwhile at the Telegraph someone’s spotted Johnson might be a wrong ‘un

Why do people insist on comparing the Conservative government to a load of donkeys, don't they know how insulting that is?
To the donkeys.

Donkeys are sweeties, nothing Tory about them. Led by Vermin.
Trump had a thing about dogs using them as an insult frequently. No doubt bitter that dogs love most people but ignore him.

Johnson could rethink national insurance rise after Tory backlash
At least five ministers are said to oppose plans for increase to fund crumbling social care system
This would be incredibly bad. Surprised it's only five. But however they do it, something's got to give. You're not going to find this sort of money from freezing a few thresholds and a few cunning stealth taxes. I wonder if Labour could have cut the Johnson margin down a bit by pulling fewer rabbits out of the hat in the campaign, and saying "We've got care covered. Johnson hasn't. He's lying about not raising taxes".
Starmer could probably do himself a favour by reannouncing the Jez policy though doubtless that would be "shameless" or somthing.

Donkeys are pretty cool, but not necessarily officer material.
Johnson, Raab, Patel, Cummings are cunts, and definitely mot officer material.

I think the real issue around social care revolves around how long Johnson plans to stay on as PM. If he is planning to stepdown before the next election he might be tempted to delay a decision so that it is left to somebody else to sort the mess out.

And a passive rise in Electronic tagging.
Wasnt there a recent problem with Electronic tagging: Gross profiteering, piss poor value for money.
One of those interchangable letters and numbers outfits that's too big to lose a government contract.
Brother of a former minister's the CEO if I remember right.
Chuckit in the bucket.

Should be taken out and shot. BBC “News” not Dilyn. The repellent sycophancy gets more nauseous as you read it. Does Robbie Gibb write this stuff himself? He even looks like a weaselly cumbucket.
My dog Dilyn can't control his romantic urges, says Boris Johnson
He has been accused of mischievous behaviour, such as chewing furniture and lifting his leg on a handbag.
But now Boris Johnson has revealed his dog Dilyn really does have one seriously unpleasant habit.
The two-year-old Jack Russell-cross likes to express his "romantic" urges by clinging on to people's legs, the PM has said.
Dilyn's friskiness is "endless", he explained as he chatted to officers at Surrey Police's HQ in Guildford.
Rescue puppy Dilyn arrives at Downing Street
Publicly funded pics of Boris Johnson's dog defended
The comments came after Mr Johnson had watched a display by the force's canine unit.
He asked the handler of a German Shepherd called Zorro: "Do you have to worry about his romantic urges?"
The officer replied in the negative, but the prime minister continued by saying that "my dog is endless... on people's legs".
Home Secretary Priti Patel, accompanying Mr Johnson on his visit, set up to promote the publication of the Beating Crime Plan, laughed as her boss outlined his predicament.
The prime minister also chuckled as he recalled the activities of the rescue pet he and his wife Carrie adopted soon after they entered Downing Street in 2019.
He did not, however, specify whether special advisers, civil servants, general staff, fellow ministers or visitors had been the particular objects of Dilyn's desire.
Amorous leg-clinging, according to experts, is not a behaviour restricted to unneutered male dogs. Those who have had the snip, and even females, are known to partake.
Stress and anxiety can be contributing factors, as can boredom - and distraction techniques are recommended.

Pay rise? Underfunded? 20,000 officers short? Closed police stations?
Look, look over there, a playground comment about frisky dogs

The frisky dog thing smacks entirely of projection from its owner.

Today's Culture War target; Lefty lawyers who let off criminals. Bozza's dilated pupils are much shinier than the rest of his face. Does this shit fly? If so Labour should playing; Johnson bankrolled by Kremlin agents (Lisa Nandy has set the ball rolling on that one) . Or how about Johnson's culture war thugs threatening lifeboat men with violence. Bozo's made it plain he and Farage are interchangable.
