Trump shares bizarre AI vision of what Gaza will look like under his rule
It was so OTT, I assumed it was a spoof (bearded belly-dancers? "Trump-Gaza"? Trump and Netanyahu near naked and sharing an airbed?) . It seems I'm not alone, I draw your attention to the LBC caller at 12.42 in this video.

Please tell me that I’m not alone in finding the hideous supplication that Starmer is having to indulge with Trump, flattering him with fucking invitation letters from King Chaz, stroking his arm, basically sucking right up to the tangerine cunt.
It’s what Trump loves and craves, of course, and I understand why it’s necessary, but by the cringe, it doesn’t half stick in your craw. Made my bloody skin crawl.

Seems like Trump is OK with the Chagos deal after all. Sounds like he's impressed by the length of the lease.
God knows whether he'll still think that tmrw, but this really would be very funny as far as Farage and Kemi are concerned.

What's Starmer falling for, exactly?
If it were the UK having sanctions and the EU not, would Hix expect the EU to join the UK out of solidarity? Almost certainly, he's be saying it wasn't the EU's problem.
Anyway, the EU and Canada got sanctions delayed before. They might well get delayed again and forgotten about. Perhaps there really are some sane donors with access to Trump who can control this a bit. And Trump might stick tarrifs on us anyway. Who knows? I'm not sure what else Starmer is supposed to do? If you can avoid tariffs you do.
The main thing here is Ukraine. Think it's very hard to see Starmer's actions on that score as being Kipperish, which always seems to be the accusation.

Mind you, I thought it interesting that when Starmer handed Trump the letter from King Chaz, Trump handed it back to Starmer and asked him to tell everyone what it said.
Can The Donald actually read ?

Here's a more positive view.
Send King Charles up to Turnberry and tell him to lose every hole if that's what it takes. Some of Trump's donors would probably be happy with that. Reminds me of when John Hayes was appointed a Transport Minister and somebody sent him off to look for the Euston Arch.

Starmer was laying it on with a fucking trowel : “This is very, very special”.

Trump is a half-witted, fat cunt with a huge arsenal of very heavy clout, but if he can be bought off with lunch with real posh people and ride in a diamond-encrusted horse and cart, so be it.
Otherwise, there isn't much point in bankrolling said people and their carts.
It is not inconceivable that Trump won't hold out for an annual block booking or Ukraine gets hung out to dry.

Talk of trade deals with Trump while he imposes hostile barriers with the rest of the Western world would be a grave foreign policy mistake. Doubt it will happen, Trump was just going through the motions and Starmer's 'just another asshole from Europe after our money.'

Imagine Badenough and Farage responding to that

Is Vance really saying that we should allow people to spread rabble-rousing racist lies because Facebook profits? Fucking hell.

I am just being grumpy and negative when I suspect that Trump is applying his transactional nature to the UK with this trade deal surprise?
"If they get to ship industrial quantities of Stilton to us, they'll leave Ukraine twisting in the wind."

This is very good. Nails what happened in the Oval Office yesterday. Right on the head.
Visiting great uncle Don
Is uncle’s senility a very clever act?

Vance is a weird neckbeard cunt who seems to glory in conflict.
He'd get on extremely well with Badenoch, except he wouldn't - because "her types ... round here".
Starmer seems to have landed a diplomatic coup, deploying all his thinking on his feet barrister skills.
No doubt a massive diplomatic briefing took place in advance.
If reports can be believed he.
1. Charmed Trump while maintaining UK principles.
2. Took no shit form the gimps in Trumps entourage.
Imagine, gentle reader, if it wasn't Starmer in there.
How would it look if Trump were to meet.
* Kemi "Start a fight in a phonebox" Badenoch.
* Nigel "Far enough up to touch the esophagus" Farage
The first a charmless alienator.
The second as principled as a sheet of wet bogroll.

Seemed to go pretty well but so did Macron's visit, and Trump's talking about tariffs on the EU again. Main thing is Ukraine and buying time for Europe to rearm.
JD Vance couldn't be more obviously a puppet (of Musk and Thiel) if he was sat there with strings showing and saying "bottle of beer". Say what you like about Trump, some of it comes from him.

There is certainly a power game going on around the President, Trump's daughter and her partner have been strangely quiet, yet Trump doesn't see his number two and his defacto President in waiting as his successor.
Having Peter Mandelson in his role is another clever gambit it seems, Starmer the person who is no good at politics continues to be quite good at politics while those who are promoted to be excellent continue to be shit.

Apparently it's because Trump is too vain to wear his reading glasses in public.

As Trump's decline continues it's possible that Starmer, if he keeps this up, could be increasingly seen as the de facto Leader of the Free World.
