To be fair, I’m sure if there is any military action Jeremy will be only too happy to speak out against Russia*
*I mean, this is after we’ve returned all the evidence - bullets, missiles, bomb casings, tanks etc. - back to that nice Mr Putin at our expense, along with a nice card asking him if he would be ever so kind as to check whether any of these were his and, if they were, it’s probably just an accident where they went off by mistake and then by a remarkable coincidence loads of Ukrainian people just dropped dead**. But that’s just doing due diligence and being thorough.
**And let’s be honest - they probably died because the US had forced them to eat nothing but happy meals as part of some capitalist expansion. And while we don’t have any evidence for it, let’s not pretend we don’t all know this is EXACTLY what is happening, only the MSM won’t report it and Starmer won’t raise it because he almost certainly owns McDonald’s shares.

Johnson managed to land two effective - in the sense that they are true and justified - blows at Starmer at PMQs yesterday - Gardiner taking Chinese cash, and Abbott blaming NATO 'aggression', plus a jibe about where Labour stood just a short time ago under the SWCuntalition messiah.
These fuckers are unbelievably stupid. Unfathomable.

Hey, guess who’s fault Putin’s aggression REALLY is?

Would it be NATO and America? RT presenter George Galloway agrees. What a cunt.

Just spotted I’ve put who’s and not whose, so now I’m even more angry at Putin.

Tell me Corbyn didn't say that.

Thank you that is some small relief.

Good to see that their principles extend precisely as far as the possibility they’d have to see how personally popular they really were.

From the Guardian:
Diane Abbott
John McDonnell
Richard Burgon
Tahir Ali
Apsana Begum
Ian Lavery
Ian Mearns
Bell Ribeiro-Addy
Zarah Sultana
Mick Whitley
Beth Winter
Andrew Scattergood, co-chairman of left-wing campaign group Momentum, said: “These MPs’ steadfast commitment to the Ukrainian people and against Russia’s invasion is beyond question. Indeed, many of them have led the criticism of Putin’s act of aggression today, forcefully and without reservation.
“It beggars belief that the Labour leadership instead focuses on a week-old statement in an attempt to wage factional warfare against them, while a real war wages on against the Ukrainian people.”

So why did it take the whips office to request the removal of their signatory.
Problem is I don’t think the Corbyn blows are as effective than Johnson thinks as it just gives Starmer even more opportunity to say well we are under new leadership now.

"Effective" would have been Starmer withdrawing the whip anyway.

That quite a take from Mr Scatterbad. Diane lasted a full half hour longer from Starmer’s shelling.

Has he just embraced being a meme at this point? He hasn't and will never enact any significant societal change but he can get a bunch of student union trots to chant "Oh Jeremy Corbyn" so that'll do I guess.
