Okay, I know they're not from there but I wonder what the Sleaford Mods would think of Littlejohn?

His silly rant about Health and Safety for Jubilee celebrations looks very silly given that three people ended up in hospital on Saturday when some temporary seating collapsed in horse guards parade while crowds watched rehearsals for the Trooping of the Colours.

At least they were injured doing what they loved.

(To borrow a saying from the extreme sports fraternity).

Double cunt today. First, why Johnson is just great:

Then some bollocks about The Bill, leading into one of his state of the nation/carnival barker acts. You know, gay cops and that.

All together now, CUNT!

Anyone for some bollocks about imperial measurements, crown stamps, and some excruciating puns?

Yeah, thought not.

From a man who lives in a land where the pint is 20% smaller?

Last time he took a break, it turned out that his mother had died. I suspect if he's back tomorrow he'll be reliving his industrial correspondent glory days for all they're worth.

Littlecock has a whinge about the unions.
If the civil service does go on strike this summer, will anyone actually notice?
Unions, utterly irrelevant yet the gravest danger the country faces.

And there's more! More anti-union crap.

Aside from, suggesting Maxine Peake is dead, he also shows a complete misunderstanding of Rumpole of the Bailey. Plus some bollocks about trans people, witches, and anyone else he can think of.

I'm 55 and can just about remember Rumpole of the Bailey so I'm guessing a big chunk of the Mail readership are utterly clueless about who Rumpole was. Littlejohn is also seems to think that there are thousands of human rights lawyers in this country when in reality there are just a very few high profile law firms that deal with the majority of human rights cases.

Mortimer’s final collection of stories ‘Rumpole Rests his case’ is still contemporary. Richard isn’t going to like what Rumpole’s up to.

See also Rumpole and the Fascist Beast, when he defended a racist he clearly had no time for but did so because he believed that everyone deserves the best legal representation. In fact, that was the thing John Mortimer expressed superbly, and which Littlejohn and his ilk can never understand - it doesn't matter who you are, and what you've done, justice overrides all.
