"Wokerati", for Christ's sake. Are our trousers too tight or is she parroting Carrie Hole and the rest of these piss-poor tabloid columnists??

I thought it was a page from a 14 year old’s diary; “Who I hate today”

Braverman has quit.
EDIT: or possibly been ‘encouraged to spend more time with their family’. Seemingly at the behest of Hunt.
Regardless - good riddance to a genuinely horrible, horrible person.
Leadership challenge? She's been doing one anyway.

Only reported in the Guardian so far.
I should be delighted, but would hate to celebrate a "Mark Twain".
I'll await corroboration in other sources.
Update: Independent now has the news, along with STV, Pink News and the Liverpool Echo.

BBC reporters on Twitter now have it too. Looks like she has resigned. Be interesting to read that particular letter (if only to see how many references to tofu are in it).

Needless to say, I'm exceptionally pleased that this poisonous harridan is no longer Home Secretary.
Sam Coates now saying she was sacked for sharing secure government information via a private mobile phone, in breach of security protocols. Coates says he is being told it was supposedly "an honest mistake" - well if so, why did she have to go?

Alleged liberal woke Grant Schapps tipped to replace Swellin. Is Hunt establishing his tough leader credentials by moving in on the Tory right? Santa really has come early this year. Hope Hunt nails their bollocks to the wall

I'm hoping for a "Leon, the professional" style cleanup.

Didn't see that coming.
Apparently (according to Beth Rigby) she has breached the ministerial code...

Rumour is that she answered that dodgy UPS parcel email...
