Weren’t Blair and Brown mocked by the Mail as do-gooders and finger wagging moralists for being churchgoers? Wrong kind of Christianity.
Mrs Cates has in recent months tilted against such establishment shibboleths as the European Convention on Human Rights, cultural Marxism and transgenderism. She is also – there is no way of breaking this lightly – a churchgoer.

Perhaps Letts should have a think why the lefties aren’t getting caught with their unwanted fingers in the till or down someone else’s crutch. And wait to find out what Cates has done before sounding off. Well no because his copy has no value, longevity or accountability.
Mrs Cates, who becomes the eighth Rightie on Commissioner's Greenberg's radar (versus zero Lefties), was unable to talk about her difficulty. MPs under investigation by the great sleuth 'are barred from discussing the allegations'.

Funny that he hasn't told the Mail core readership that Cates wants to put their tax up so poorer people have more kids. Assuming that she's actually admitted to that, and doesn't hide behind bollocks about "efficiency savings". A Labour politician would have "Cates Tax Bomb" and worse.

It seems that a story appeared on the enemy's website last night, but is now nowhere to be seen without a search.

A covid-busting drinking session is being alleged.

Nothing Anti-semitic about the use of "Commissioner Greenberg".

Are they implying that cultural Marxism is somehow involved?

Drinks seems a low bar for a full disrepute investigation.

Here's a twitter rando with an alternate suggestion.

Cates is most definitely on my Portillo list . I can hardly wait to see her turfed out on her reactionary arse by the amazing Marie Tidball.

There’s a juicier rumour circulating that Cates has been receiving covert foreign funding.

One of those US based "SuperPACs" that love Jesus, but love petrochemicals and ethnic cleansing more.

Republican Jesus - that's their style.

13.2% signed it. That's less than the other recall petitions which succeeded (which is all of them apart from Paisley Jnr in Antrim North).

Don't know whether to read into that if the Tories have a chance of holding the seat.

According to Iain Dale, the rumour is that Bone might decide to stand as an independent. He’s such an arsehole, he might just do it. Which is, I think, all good.

On th one hand there's giving your opponent ammunition, on the other there's loading it into their gun and pointing it at your own head...
