Florida's fucked up, but in a sort of shrug your shoulders and "Hey, it's Florida" way.
Georgia seems a lot more "Murderin' black joggers", a state flag based on the battle flag of the confederacy and "Marjorie Taylor Green".
Atlanta seem to be the sane oasis in the state, the rest of it is "gettin' angree..."
As for the bus, the "Jesus, Guns, Babies" slogan is akin to something Chris Morris would have done as a sketch back in the 90's. It's almost impossible to do satire these days.

Georgia is on the whole starting to trend more towards the Democrats than Florida is.

Largely thanks to an influx of liberal-leaning voters into Atlanta, as I had mentioned, from outside Georgia in recent times.

Oddly, two of my favourite bands at the moment are mostly composed of Northern transplants to Atlanta.
Be aware that the Republicans are currently floating notions that Interstate "immigrants" should be subject to a cooling off period or a poll tax before voting in their new place of residence.

If it walks like a duck...
A QAnon-supporting Georgia congresswoman who once suggested California wildfires were caused by a Jewish-controlled space laser and expressed fears that a chilled tomato soup police force would be deployed against her by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is now complaining that she is being treated as “crazy” by Democrats and the American press.
“It bothers me so much — they treat me as if I'm some kind of crazy person, or like I have three horns coming out of my head,” Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene said during a Sunday appearance on conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’s Infowars show.
Ms Greene, who was stripped of her congressional committee assignments last year after video surfaced of her harassing a school shooting survivor, added that “they” do not understand that “they're the ones that are crazy and they're the ones that are so disconnected”.
The onetime 9/11 truther, who earlier this month accused Ms Pelosi of using “gazpacho police” against members of Congress — a botched attempt at comparing Capitol security efforts to the Nazi’s Gestapo secret police — told Jones she thinks Democrats are “really scared of the American people”...
Ma'am, they treat you like you're crazy because...well...er...I dunno. I *really* can't work it out.

Ms. Taylor-Greene could easily fill in for the peroxide character otherwise played by Harry Enfield in this 30 year old Dime Bar advert...

You can't help but look at Maggie Three Names and that other fucking eejit Lauren Boebert* and think that perhaps McCain elevating Sarah Palin might have had unforeseen consequences.
*Boebert is possibly the single stupidest politician on the planet. Those unfamiliar with her musings, biography and work might well treasure that ignorance lest they start to feel that perhaps this democracy lark isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Just another day in the "Land of the Free"
Why are black Americans being punished for their hair?
Many black Americans are embracing the natural curls and coils in their hair. But there’s been a backlash against black hairstyles in classrooms and companies across America.
Toddlers and teens have been kicked out of school because of their hair, while many adults face losing their jobs. We get to the root of why this kind of discrimination is so common - and legal - in the US and find out what it will take to stop it.
