I have just had a quick trawl through the open sewer that is Twitter these days and can find exactly nobody calling for Jeremy to apologise for his brother's words. Quite a few think it would be a good idea for Jeremy to condemn such language and put it bit of distance between himself and Piers, but nobody calling for him to apologise.
My instinct is to take the 'I am not my brother's keeper' line. However, having now seen this longer clip in which Piers cites "my brother and his mates" as worthy of support because they voted against COVID measures, I do think a statement from Jeremy should be forthcoming. Piers is implying Jeremy agrees with him. Who wouldn't want to distance themselves from that?

Why am I thinking that if a short statement distancing himself from his brother's latest fucknuggetry is the obvious thing to do, Jeremy won't do it?

A mental health worker was making a serious case for Piers Corbyn to be sectioned. Either that or a spell in Belmarsh. Be fucked if he should walk from court with some suspended white time.
Well... I don't think he'll even get that, given that the Met is unfit for for purpose. Most likely a fine and an exit from court to vast numbers of cheering (maskless) supporters who'll likely say "See? We were unmasked all the time and we haven't caught Covid so Piers is right and you sheeple are WRONG!"

If he walks away without serving bird, his followers will consider him the messiah.

Under normal circumstances, I don't believe that prison achieves very much unless it is for the purposes of public protection. Moreover, I certainly don't believe that older people in their 70s should be in prison either.
However, given what we have seen on the video, it is clear to me that that is exactly where Corbyn belongs.

It seems to run in the family.

Why hasn't "hammer to death" been considered and added to the charges, or is that likely to be defended as metaphor?
Metaphor? That Jess Phillips said she would stab Jezza, you know.

Note how he was cautious not to split his infinitives, however clumsy his call to arms seemed. He knew exactly what he was saying and so do we.

In the front, too.

On the contrary, there are very few under 65's who know the knitting pattern for mailbags.

The cultured rebellion of someone who never has, and believes they never will, faced some real, immediate and extremely physical consequences.

I’d be all for community service for most of these anti Vax lot, the kind that cleans up dog shit and claim there is a lack of gloves.
However I think Corbyn has crossed the line on this and should face more serious repercussions

It’s kind of odd how it’s only their “choice” when it’s them.

Isn't the first, won't be the last...
A COVID-Denying Kickboxing World Champion Just Died From COVID
After discharging himself from the hospital, the kickboxer died at his home in Belgium from complications caused by COVID-19.
A three-time world champion kickboxer died at his home in Belgium from complications caused by COVID-19 weeks after discharging himself from the hospital.
Fred Sinistra, 40, was unvaccinated and would not even use the term COVID-19, his coach Osman Yigin told Belgian outlet SudInfo. Instead, he dismissed COVID-19 as “a little virus” and railed against government restrictions.

I'm afraid denial is rife among the MMA community.
#1 son was forever spouting that Joe Rogan bullshit.
Until he found his foreign holidays would be restricted.
Then he was straight in for the double jabs.

Testosterone is, in many ways, a seriously dangerous drug.
