Remember when Momentum types would point to a student union election and claim that since Commie Steve was elected* onto the ents committee of Scumbag college, if you extrapolated that, a Corbyn landslide was inevitable?

Yeah. Frustrating back then. Funny when it's Tories.

If the right-wing loons want a conspiracy theory, they might want to look at the papers and fringe news channels they adore so much projectile vomiting a narrative that has barely any grounding in reality.

This is awkward...

Do you wanna be in Rishi's gang?

Rish’ll Fixit.

Best bit was “Sunak,” the PM added quickly after detecting a pause from the POTUS.

It was one of the Bush presidents or Bob Dole that used Glitter’s Rock n roll pt 2 on campaign. Pre scandal days but it still looked weird. The most un-rock n roll people you could find.

"Separate the artist from the man" and all that, but that's very funny.

Not going to show for the next COP conference. That'll impress Suella and John Hayes.

Most exciting part of a plan to cede land to the Wash is that its John Hayes’s constituency.

Do you expect them all to be daft enough to ring into LBC?

A few minutes on the ConservativeHome comments will supply a good 10 to 15 examples.
Yeah the comments section of ConservativeHome doesn't equal a backlash.

I thought we would see a bit more movement as I thought the polls were grossly inflated, Sunak seems to be getting the benefit of the doubt but his party isn’t.

So a dogwhistle Tweet from the Poundland Katie Hopkins plus "10 to 15" racist comments on ConservativeHome constitutes a "backlash" does it?

I wonder how much time Trevor Noah spends reading ConservativeHome? And why?

I think multiple things may be true here: racists don’t like Sunak, the usual apologists are trying to make out the U.K. doesn’t have a racism problem, the US defines some racial groups differently (ironically, because of how those groups were segregated in the past by racists), and Trevor Noah is on dodgy ground if he thinks his being non-white means he can do gags and accents that a white comedian would be annihilated for.

Rishi Sunak told MPs this week that the government had "introduced very strong pay increases" for nurses.

In reality they have cut nurses' pay by 20% in real-terms over the past decade.

What the fucks a “ very strong pay increase”

No beginners luck as people already know who Sunak is.
