The weird torso shape is because Musk takes HGH, on a mistaken belief that it will make him an alpha male strongman. However, the benefits are only really scene when you combine it with a rigorous exercise regime which (unsurprising for a nepo baby) Musk is too lazy to do so the roid gut makes him look like the cockroach alien from Men In Black.
