Freeze peach crap. You can't say anything these days, unless you can.

Whatever Alison Pearson said, it likely wasn't just "expressing support for Israel". It's also her efforts that have made this such a big deal for some.

It's an open and shut case that she is he victim here. Except she isn't. And she is lying. And she has landed in hot water her employers as well as her co-conspirators across the filth estate.

He's been on a jolly to Easter Island. He's wandered all over the Moai statues despite them being off limits, but hey, it's just a rule. There to be broken. Meanwhile he's worked out what the statues were all about, such a fucking scholar, even though by his own admission he knows nothing about the place and spent his first year at university pissed on taxpayers' money. So that's where it comes from.

BTW a box under the article says that a holiday to Easter Island (not necessarily the trip he took) costs over £11,000 per person, not including flights. Freeloading cunt.

Add travel writing to the activities he's totally devoid of talent.
This is Chile’s Easter Island – but it could be the west coast of Ireland, except for these strange green conical volcanoes, hundreds of metres high.

If the islands of Polynesia were a solar system, this would be Pluto. If they were the dots on the old Central Line tube map, then this would be Ongar. My wife, Carrie, and I have come to the world’s last bus stop, the back of beyond, a tiny pimple on the rear end of nowhere.

Also, it's neither the most remote inhabited (that's Tristan de Cunha) or most remote full stop (that's Bouvet) island.

It is close to HP Lovecraft's imagined undersea city of R'lyeh where dread Cthulhu lies not dead but dreaming, waiting for the stars to be right and his time will come again. So they're used to shaggy monsters slobbering all over the place and infesting everything with their innate corruption.

Can somebody supply a tin of polish for Johnson's brass neck.

Starmer picked a fraudster for his Cabinet because he is fraudster-in-chief. And he knows, in his heart, that the whole government is a fraud

Given that this story on broke in the last 24 hours it is fair to say that Johnson had not prepared anything else for today's column so he cobbled together this bag of shite at the last minute.

It's more likely that he knew in advance.
