Great effort by straight-talking rightwinger here. It's terrible, but I'm not going to register a vote against because.

And 118 tories voted to accept the report.

Let's see the swivel-eyed party members try to de-select them all.

Johnson supporters like Bob Seeley are used to denying they called black white even when recorded because they’ve been getting away with it. Party’s over, Bob.

They say they love Britain.
The bits they love are the bits they can asset strip.

As used to be said of David Cameron, "I love the NHS so much that I want to cut it up into little pieces, and give it to all of my friends."

They cleverly think they've avoided a trap- "put on a leaflet that I abstained, who cares?"

OK, we'll put the things you said on the leaflet then.

Jake voted for Britain to stand on its own two feet but now wants mortgage free Tory homeowners in Surrey to bail him out of a political hole of his own making. Hunt’s made it clear that ain’t going to happen. Trouble ahead.

Typical fucking Tories. Who can we blame for our own shit?
The Scottish Conservatives have tabled a vote of no confidence in the Circular Economy Minister Lorna Slater.

The party said the Green MSP was "out of her depth" and should lose her job over the failure of the Scottish government's deposit-return recycling scheme.

Ms Slater has dismissed the move as "absurd" and a "shameless political stunt"....

https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-65960911.amp

Obviously not the Tories in Westminster who put the kybosh on the scheme

Ms Slater said she had been left with no choice after the UK government excluded glass from the Scottish scheme.
They're so transparent.

Computer, give the definition of "cronyism" please.

Ministers may be bringing in political “super-spads” through the backdoor by putting them on the boards of Whitehall departments, a leading committee of MPs has found, as it called for an overhaul of appointment rules.

The public administration and constitutional affairs committee, led by the Conservative MP William Wragg, called for new guidance to prevent “personal and political” friends of ministers being installed as non-executive directors of government departments.

Funny how no such guidance has been deemed necessary for centuries. But, after 13 years of the modern Conservatives...

Mail Watchers predicted this

About 14,000 people were turned away from polling stations at May’s local elections because they lacked the right ID, with the overall number denied a vote likely to be considerably higher, the official elections watchdog has said.

The interim study by the Electoral Commission also warned of “concerning” signs that voters with disabilities, people who are unemployed, or those from particular ethnic groups could be disproportionately affected by the policy.

It also said that 4% of people who did not vote said it was because of voter ID – a tally that could run into hundreds of thousands more...

https://amp.theguardian.com/politics/20 ... hdog-finds
And all to prevent something they've already admitted doesn't happen.
