Doubtless she comes up with a fantastic solution nobody else has thought about right after the clip ends.

Pretty telling that the most easterly DUP rep ultimately chucked the wee six away in favour of the big win of Brexit.

As everyone from Connolly to Carson has been saying to unionists for years: The English, and especially the English Tories don't give a fuck about you.

Yet the Unionist community and the OO puff out their chests whenever there is a photo opportunity to be had and, inschallah, reprinted in the Belfast Newsletter.

Whether they are that fucking stupid is now beyond debate. Now that they have been unequivocally sold out by one of their own must surely be of some concern. It must be especially galling to wake up to the realisation that Michelle O'Neill has got their backs more than Hoey and co.

The strategic geniuses held the balance of power and used it to bring about a border down the Irish Sea.

One of the most reasonable Ulster Prods I've ever known once told me that his wee countrymen could never understand that they risked their lives to be part of a country that didn't want them.

Shame, I kind of liked Biggins. Disappointing to discover he’s as thick as a whale sandwich.

He was wheeled out as the gay who didn't support gay marriage a few times in the past.

He’s a bit unusual, in that he is out and gay and camp as a row of tents, and you’d sort of expect him to have progressive views. But it seems he is actually very conservative in his views. He appears to be steeped in that Tory showbiz tradition of Tarby, Brucey, Jim Davidson, Ronnie Corbett, Paul Daniels, and so on.

Now, with this revelation of why he was “for Brexit”, he stands revealed as also terminally, venally stupid.

As I say, disappointing. I mean, if we had to get out of the EU because “they were taking us for a ride” and now we’re out the EU “they’re still taking us for a ride”, then why the facketting fuck did we bother getting out the EU?

His “gayness” falls under the “we’ve got a gay mate, how can we be homophobic” excuse

He is one of those “speaking as a gay man” types who proclaim to speak for the entire LGBTQ+ Population.

As for the EU taking us for a ride, how can they take “Great” Britain for a ride? After all we are this great country that is the greatest in the world and not some faded once bloated Empire.

Again, you look at the sleb luvvies lining up on either side. I'm not a fan of everyone on the remain camp but I can at least recognize that Stephen Fry, Jarvis Cocker, David Beckham (for starters) are or were recently top of their field and changed styles/experimented with new things to broaden their horizons. In short, I can believe they've provided a modicum of thought to their conclusion.

Look across the battlefield at the other mob and you see Biggins, Jim Davidson, Ian Botham. All bullish blowhards whose halcyon days are several decades behind them, trapped in a crystallized myth of Britain when they happened to be relevant and that's all the debate they bring. Little in the way of facts, figures and logic but plenty of libidinal energy tapping into a Trumpian nostalgia of When Britain Woz Great (presumably because we were the best in the world at something and not just because the post-war consensus hadn't been completely eroded by Thatcherism yet).

Stop Brexit? Isn't that a bit like saying Stop the Apollo Space Programme? How does one go about stopping something that has already happened?

Monumental twat indeed.

Bray is out there, making noise and making many people's voices heard. He is also a small business owner. I doubt that two or three hours' protest each day deflects him that much.

Safe to say, if there was any dirt to be dug, the good folks of Tufton and Derry Streets would be there with their shovels.

Still, lefty remoaners, eh?
