The Andrew interview took place a few years back, that's not news. This was a promo for a TV movie.

I didn't hear the interview so I wasn't talking about that, but rather radio in general. Masters of the art not only paint pictures with their words, they also make you feel you're the only one listening.

With such a disrespectful attitude I’m beginning to see why LBC had to let her go.
Honestly, the only thing that’s keeping Lammy out of the haddock thread is the sheer chutzpah of it. ‘They don’t really want all this designer swag you know. They’re doing it for you, the people.’

The Lord Alli business. The money quote from Lammy is this:
The truth is that successive prime ministers, unless you’re a billionaire like the last one, do rely on donations, political donations, so they can look their best, both in the hope of representing the country, if you’re in the Opposition, or indeed as prime minister.
Which would appear to suggest that without generous friends and donors the prime minister/leader of the opposition and his or her significant other simply couldn’t afford to dress themselves presentably for the world stage. It’s a bold line, but not one I think liable to attract sympathy.

It's going to get worse, and more trivial, as time passes. These people hate Starner because he's successful and they'll stop at nothing to discredit him.

I know it’s not really comparing apples with apples, but it’s pretty much fuck all compared to the 114 grand Johnson got a Tory “donor” to pay to have some poncey designer in to tastelessly tart up the Downing Street flat.

It doesn't matter. There's no proportion in their world - doing 35 in a 30 zone is the same as drink driving. As long as they can shout "HYPOCRITE!!!" nothing else matters.

And a £20 voucher at Oxfam for his wardrobe.

Jimmy Dimly on Sky this morning, when confronted, saying it was.
Hypocrisy, downright lies and shameless self-justification. The cunt.

If you say so.
I do say so. Primarily because I can read.
I don’t pretend that my beliefs on many subjects necessarily fit with those of the general public, but on the question of whether a man with an estimated worth of £7.7 million can afford to buy his own clothes, I reckon I’m unusually close to the majority.

I know you like to be a bit gnomic, but are you saying that Keir Starmer is worth £7.7 million? If so, from where are you getting that information?

As is often the case with Margaret Hodge in recent years, I do wonder what’s sincerely believed and what’s professional trolling.

O'Brien immediately on having taken the handover from Nick Ferarri, who had that moment just finished a cosy chat with Farage.

And again the question has to be asked - why does the self-appointed leader of a minor political party get so much media attention?

A cosy chat in which Farage doubled down on the eating cats and dogs story, despite Vance admitting he "created" it.

Ferrari is, in my opinion, a fraud.
When he appears as a regular on Sophy Ridge's show on Sky he is right-wing but entirely reasonable, indeed affable, and displays none of the Farage-gobbling shite he spews on LBC.
In one scenario or the other he is playing false, non?

Ferrari is a relic from the Sun golden era of looney left councils, unions will never learn, kids in danger from queer teachers and blacks dealing drugs.
