After Raab failed on 11 occasions to answer a question the Express ran a headline along the lines of Raab shuts down Labour MPs who kept asking the same question. Because that is exactly the job of a minister to shutdown opposition MPs rather than actually answering the questions.

Tobias Ellwood wants a public inquiry. He may not have been entirely satisfied by Raab today.
