Citing Bolosarno and claiming it the Safest football event it’s evidently Bolosarno has spent a lot of money on “bringing football home” and how unpatriotic would it be to campaign against this.

Bolosarno currently trails Lula in the polls by about 25%

It's beginning to look increasingly likely, to be fair. One of my colleagues submitted himself for a PCR test after he lost his sense of taste/smell a day or two after his second jab - but he did also have a streaming nose as well as a cough. Nice way to spend your leave, poor bugger.

Test came back negative, but his wife went on to develop similar symptoms and was tested today.

Did I mention all this left Terry Fuckwitt here in charge at work...?

Given a decent spell of weather I can see another lockdown leading to serious public order problems.

I expect there'll be lots of hair-splitting about which pandemic metric we ought to be looking at in the next couple of weeks.

“Not yet cancelled” in his bio which probably means no one cares enough.

For someone whose free speech is apparently under threat, he's on enough radio shows.

He represents the silent majority.

They're conspicuous by being neither of those things.

I'm wondering what the percentage of the UK adult population who get a first jab will end up as in this particular rollout. In two or three months the daily increase will start to noticeably slow. I've got 91% in my head, maybe 92%. And 2nd jab around 8% lower. Too optimistic or an underestimate?

Another Magna Cunta gets his wallet felt by the Beak

An ex-footballer who claimed the Magna Carta allowed him to keep his soft play centre open during Covid restrictions has been fined more than £4,500.

I'm struggling to get into this sort of mentality. If you think what you're doing is legal, fine. Have your day in court. But if it's been proven time and again that you're in the wrong, who in their right mind would think that this time would be different?

Magic thinking - nothing more, nothing less.

The Magna Carta fairies will show up before the end an have a word in the Judge's ear.

(Viewers in Scotland have alternative viewing faturing the Declaration of Arbroath fairies).

PE Teacher mentality.
My favourite PE teacher was also a maths teacher... and recognised a good effort by the fat kid when he saw it rather than concentrating on the natural athletes.

Hence me ending up demonstrating to a group of my peers how to hurdle, because I (apparently) had a natural ability for it.

The other PE teacher was a despicable, sadistic berk. Ultimate irony: the fat, useless kid went on to go around the world putting major sports events on the telly.

I had a permanent exclusion from PE, for medical reasons.

One of our PE teachers was my form teacher for my last two years, and treated me with benign indifference.

The other broadcast my medical history to the entire class whilst I was off sick.
