The cash would apparently be payable when said MPs lost their seats at the election, providing them with the equivalent of several years of their erstwhile MP’s salary.

Farage may be [edited] reported to the Electoral Commission, and the police, for corruption. It will be very interesting to see how this story pans out, putting it mildly.
