I just flicked in for a moment. Neill was giving it his usual schtick about the woke, and they still haven't sorted the synch.

An Irish Times review noted GBNews hates elites so much they didn’t hire any technicians. It looks like the Canary has a wider readership and they do have a stronger claim to being ‘anti-establishment’ than Andrew Neil.

Here's a test then. Hancock has resigned, a massive story and, the BBC and Sky going on red alert and...

GBeebies are showing a repeat of Michelle Dewberry's show.

They do have a Breaking News strap about Hancock, but we've got Kate Hoey talking to Ms Dewberry about sausages and Northern Ireland from last week. This is after a ten minute puff piece in the advert break about how they're Britain's News Channel.

Really is amateur hour. At least when John Stapleton was on the phone to TV-AM after the Brighton bomb he was talking about what had happened...

Ha ha.

Would GB News not work better as, well, a radio station?

Was Michelle in awe of Kate’s authority on the subject?

Even better as a colour by numbers booklet.

GBN fails to woo Welsh speaking dog lovers
But the latest figures showed a significant slump, with only a maximum of 32,000 tuning in on Thursday. Chairman Andrew Neil’s own flagship show only attracted 31,000.

It means that the channel has slumped below viewing figures for Welsh language S4C shows such as Pobol y Cwm, which attracts 44,000 viewers according to the latest S4C stats.

Welsh language Paw Patrol, Patrol Pawennau, pulled in over five times as many viewers at 161,000. https://nation.cymru/news/gb-news-troun ... aw-patrol/

To be filed under "Well, that was ALWAYS going to happen" spotted one N Farage Esq hosting their "flagship" Sunday morning politics show.

Included very special guest, er, Andrew Neill.

If I want th lowdown on sausages, I'd rather hear it from Patrol Pawennau than Kate "Plastic Billy" Hooey.

You'll be amazed to hear this. But they've had Paul Embery on.

If this station matched your political prejudices would you watch it? Probably not unless it was something witty, well written and produced like Charlie Brooker’s Newswipe. Or high brow discussions telling me stuff I don’t know or hadn’t thought of.

I used to have MSNBC. I quite enjoyed it, but there were times when I thought "this is a bit biased".

I just don't get it. A bunch of people sitting round a table discussing what's in the papers. Yes, it's cheap telly and it generates discussion, but it's not for me.
