- How are the polls? Surely my new strategy of being Mr Car, wanting to drive fast through Tory villages and suburbs, must be bearing fruit?

- To a point, Prime Minister

- You don't need to be coy with me, I can take it. What you're saying is that I'm still behind, but I just have to get those Reform guys back, and I'll walk it, right? I get it!

- Er...

Haha, look at that tremendous splat where Truss's uber brief premiership caused carnage. If Sunak had any sort of cajones he would use her honours list as toilet paper.

Rishi has basically launched an all out war on asylum seekers and then swanned off on holiday leaving behind Lee Anderson and the other attack dogs to do his dirty work for him.

- How are the polls? Yeah, I know they're terrible, But I'm a details man. Drill down, please. All those Don't Knows, how are they looking?

- Um, we''re leading among those, Prime Minister.

- What did I tell you?! The lefty parties are maxed out!

- Um..

I've seen quite a few Tory back benchers* on FB putting up posts of themselves doing worthy stuff in the local community (flowers, fruit and veg seem to be popular) and making absolutely no mention of their party affiliations. Just "MP for [constituency]". Trying to pass themselves off as Green or Lib Dem in some cases.

*Usually the more anonymous Tory Boys. The half pint psychos like Jenkinson and Gullis couldn't fool anyone.

They fooled enough to get themselves elected.

I'm looking forward to my MP asking to be judged on local issues. Lakes full of dead fish present quite an image alongside a consistent record of siding with the government on the sort of sewage discharge that comes from pipes rather than Anderthal's mouth.

Rentoul (via Cummings) now on to "Sunak's problem is he's too bright and hard working".

Respects the institutions, yeah right.

It’d have been a lot quicker to type “I don’t like Boris either, please give me a job”

Spreadsheet heavyweight Rishi says, fuck it, things aren't that tight, pensions triple lock stays!

Big Phil Hammond was grim as hell, but he at least acknowledged there were issues with it.

He's announced that the triple lock is staying? There must be a General Election on the horizon.

Work harder, peasants, or starve.

Rishi Sunak has said pay rises should be “sustainable” and come as rewards for productivity, risking further criticism from trade unions.

The prime minister said in an interview with ITV News it was not for the government to intervene in pay talks between companies and employees, when asked if he would like to see employers showing “more moderation” in relation to pay rises.

He added: “As a general rule, we need pay rises that over time are sustainable and that means pay rises that are focused on rewarding productivity increases...

This is a bit rich coming from an unintelligent, work-shy tax-dodger who has accumulated more money than any sane person could hope to spend in one lifetime and will never actually want for anything.

Man's a cunt.

One poll showing an 8pt swing considering it was overly high it’s probably an outlier or perhaps because no one has seen him for two weeks.
