This really is shit coverage of the mayoral race in London.
Bailey polled 3% better than Goldsmith in Bexley and Bromley
Khan down 4% in Lambeth however it’s gone to the Greens not Bailey

Greens second. Labour vote share looks up, vote tally down 5,000. Tories down nearly 4,000. Greens up 11,000.

That's a surprise. He had a small lead on crime, but he didn't even leverage that very well.

Yeah I assume the Greens at this point will force it into a run off with Bailey and Khan and Khan wins comfortably. Bailey isn’t doing enough and I don’t even know if he can count on Fox votes switching.

May have spoken too soon
Bailey out performed Khan in Brent and Harrow.

Lab have won the Harrow and Brent assembly seat. And also Ealing and Hillingdon.

Yeah it’s the Green vote that is helping I assume that will transfer, I think once we hit places like Croydon and Hackney we will probably see less of that.

Hackney probably has a few Greens. Croydon less so.

Maybe, probably not on the scale that they won’t give Khan a lead there.
Looking at the declarations, today seems more beneficial to the Conservatives in terms of declarations. It’s probably what Bailey was getting excited about.

North East you would assume will put Khan in the lead with Ealing also yet to be added (must have won a slight preference on Ealing & Hillingdon). Again I expect North East might wipe out the Bailey lead.

You and I seem to be the top London analysts on the web at the moment.
Lab majority in Brent and Harrow 21k, up a bit from last time. Greens up 8k.

Havering and Redbridge will be the last to declare tonight, they haven’t added the north east figures but Khan was 90k ahead of Goldsmith there last time.
Havering and Redbridge will be interesting as it was a Tory seat of less than 2k last time.

Got a funny feeling it will be again, with tons of Greens.

Yeah Khan got a lead after North East down from 60/52 but still a hefty 60k votes or so. Bailey will no doubt win Havering but depends if we see a west central or an Bexley.

The Guardian keep putting stuff like this up.
Bailey wins Ealing and Hillingdon constituency in London mayoral race
London mayoral candidate Shaun Bailey was given a further boost by winning the most votes in the Ealing and Hillingdon constituency.
The Conservative candidate scored 79,863 first preference votes, ahead of his Labour rival, Sadiq Khan, who scored 74,854 votes.
The Green Party’s Sian Berry was third, with 13,041 votes.
Bailey led on the first round, He hasn't "won the most votes".

Labour did take two council seats in Redbridge today quite comfortably.
