Remember when Farage was proudly boasting about his role in Johnson’s victory?
Boris Johnson was “one of the most damaging prime ministers in this country’s history”, according to the chairman of Nigel Farage’s Reform UK.

Zia Yusuf also said the disgraced ex-PM, found to have deliberately lied and lied again to parliament over Partygate, would not be welcome in his party.
“History will judge Boris Johnson as one of the most damaging prime ministers in this country’s history.”

The rise in net migration during Mr Johnson’s time in power was “a total betrayal of everybody who voted for Brexit”, he said. “He took public spending close to Soviet Union spending.

He also branded the Tories an "extremely left-wing party" in government. He did say that ex-home secretary Suella Braverman would be welcome in Reform UK.https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/p ... 94084.html

Heavyweight analysis here.
Tice says renewables cannot be cheaper because backup is needed.

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to realize that the cost of renewables plus backup must be more than the cost of backup. It’s basic common sense.
Using something as back up costs the same as using it all the time. You read it here first.

The fact is that gas turbine stations in particular can spin up from idle with very short notice. Yes, they have to be kept maintained, but that's a background cost.
It's almost like gas storage exists too.

He's such a danger to business that he wants them to warn investors about them?
To be fair, he seems to have a feeling of how much anti-corporate sentiment there is out there. I'm sure that it was to quite a large extent behind Trump's victory, which, in that sense, was one of the greatest examples of bait-and-switch in history.
