If Johnson starts looking for a safer seat a lot of Tories with smaller majorities than him will start to get very twitchy.
I still think he will stepdown as an MP sooner rather than later to try and dodge the various inquiries that are on the horizon. His claims that he got all the big calls right about COVID will soon unravel if he is forced to give evidence into the inquiry into the COVID pandemic.
